Our AC was not working in our room. I called the front office and maintenance came within minutes. They determined there was a problem and we were moved to another room immediately. Staff was so helpful and pleasant. Loved the facility and location…so close to the beach, beautiful grounds, relaxing fire at night and a delicious restaurant on site.

The location is perfect! Nestled right in the center of the island! The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! The rooms are huge and have great views.

I loved the pet policy and the open grass areas near the room. One issue it the spikes that hide in the grass. Need to figure out how you make sure the grass if clean of them...

The location of the hotel was fantastic - beautiful grounds between the hotel and the ocean, with lots of green space and paths for our dog to walk safely. There are comfortable chairs outside, the pool and bar/restaurant are perfectly located, and the views from our 2nd floor room and balcony were awesome. I normally have trouble sleeping on hotel beds and pillows, but those in our room were outstanding. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The room we had was right near the walkway to the Beach. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice. The landscaping was done. They must be finished with renovations because it looks very nice there despite the bad reviews I read about it being run down.

The property was right on the beach. Convenient to great restaurants. Pool bar/grill was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was definitely a bonus.

We loved the location, and the fact that my kids could swim, go to the beach, playground, or play in the yard all in the same place. Loved the outdoor couches and all the places to hang out. Loved that there was a restaurant attached to the property too.

The location of this property can't be beat. It was beautiful!! We loved Jonesy, who checked us in & served us coffee on our second day. He was so friendly & warm, and had great suggestions for restaurants on & off the island. The beds were very comfortable & our room was very clean. We did not hear any noise from any of the rooms around us - the overall vibe was very low key & quiet. The grounds were nicely kept & the saltwater pool was great. There were multiple beach access points and it was very uncrowded! This is a very pet-friendly hotel, and all the doggies were very well-behaved and had responsible owners..if ya know what I mean!

spacious queen room in second floor amazing views and private balcony. clean inside, it’s an older property but beds were firm and pillows you would fall into it. outside the property was beautiful. just the scenery, we saw deer one morning looking at sun rise. steps from the beach, plenty of rinsing off stations outside and bathrooms. beach house restaurant next door is amazing. we ate lunch and dinner there. there pizza kids loved!
